Don’t waste your time writing contents that don’t matter for them. You need to allocate those extra hours to understand your customer much better.

Finally, ask questions your prospect would ask in each basic sales stage. It is important to identify and follow up every path as you will learn your customer at personal level. This is the power of personalisation email strategy.

Lastly, don’t ignore your mobile users. It’s not too late, but you need to know how many of your subscribers are reading your emails on mobile devices and how your email program is adapting. You have to stay on top of design awareness and how your technology can cope with this.
