MUEEC was a new business within Murdoch University. With limited budgets and lofty ambitions, MUEEC needed an immediately available, high quality and scalable way to track the communications and results with local business enterprises.

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4/2011 in the cloud provided the capability for rapid deployment at a low cost
  • Using Metisc’s Cloud services based on Microsoft Hyper-V allowed for new software and systems to be implemented with the support we needed
  • The xRM application iDues for CRM provided the instalment billing/subscription processing was developed using Microsoft’s .Net and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • The cloud CRM worked with the Universities Standard Operating Environment and our Microsoft software.
