Managed Services Subscriptions (MSS) is continuing support or development services provided on a subscription basis (normally annually).

The Managed Services Subscription provides * a number of services including:

  • We look after you! Proactive/Reactive Support Services for the application, number of servers, number of clients and any other options as specified and defined in the agreement
  • We are there for you when you need us! Telephone and email support for operational issues relating to the Managed Services Subscription
  • We can update your systems as required! Upgrades of the Managed Services Subscription Application on the Server(s) when they are required
  • We show you what's new! Generic presentations/training on new or related products may be offered from time to time to our subscribers at no charge
  • We tell you what we have done!
    • Quarterly review of your systems by a Senior Consultant or Practice Leader
    • Bi-Annual strategy/briefing sessions with a Senior Metisc Manager on issues affecting the applications covered by the agreement
    • Monthly reporting (on request) of activities during the preceding month

Response Times (We agree how fast you need us to react when you call)

1. Bronze (Available 9 hours 8:30am to 5:30pm business days, 8 hours guaranteed response) 12 month agreement, payment by end of previous month
2. Silver (Available 13 hours 7:00am to 8:00pm business days, 4 hours guaranteed response) 12 month agreement, payment by end of previous month
3. Gold (Available 24/7, 2 hours guaranteed response) 12 month agreement, payment by end of previous month
