Early Update: New Dynamics 365 Sales Features available for quick setup

Customers using Dynamics 365 Sales* will see three new premium features available within the administration area of Dynamics 365 Sales Hub Application starting January 2022. The update is rolling out across supported regions throughout January. Each feature can then be enabled independently from the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub to make it visible for sellers.

The new features are as follows:

Teams Calls with Conversation Intelligence – Sellers can leverage an integrated Teams dialer for outbound and inbound calling for Dynamics 365 Sales. Conversation intelligence transcribes the call and provides meaningful insights and analyses content, sentiment, and behavioral style—such as competitors and keywords that the prospect mentions.

Manage your worklist with Sales Accelerator – Sales accelerator is the central work hub allowing a seller to see the next best record to engage in a prioritised list. As a seller selects on the record, they can see a series of automated action recommendations (sequences) to guide them through a process.

Lead & Opportunity Scoring – Predictive lead and opportunity scoring utilises machine learning model to calculate a score for all open leads and opportunities. The score helps salespeople prioritise who to engage with next to achieve a higher qualification and conversion rate.

Each of these support and showcase growing digital selling needs within an organisation. We will provide a starting per month capacity to introduce the benefits to all organisations. If you need additional capacity, simply step up to Sales Premium.

How can I get started?
Once the new features are available within your region, the setup is simple – head to the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub within your chosen environment and launch 'App Settings’.

Within the Digital Sales Menu option select ‘Get Started’

Play the Overview and Setup videos and utilise the Quick Setup wizards to enable within your environment.
