To take advantage of Dynamics 365 functionality to provide a single place for maintaining and viewing activities with a council stakeholder including emails, phone calls, letters, documents, meetings, etc. 

Use Dynamics 365 to improve Customer Service Activities ensuring that all queries, processes and cases are managed through to logical conclusions including suitable feedback to constituents. This system will provide customer focused analytics and a measure for Customer Service KPI's.

To provide council specific business processes around incident and accident reporting, damage to council assets such as graffiti or malicious and accidental damage, feral animal management, such information being reported by the public through mobile phone applications and council - online applications.
